1 - remplir la fiche d’inscription qui vous sera transmise par email (ou dispo aux forums, ou remis en main propre les Samedi & Dimanche).
2 – faire un certificat médical
3 – prévoir 1 règlement de 55 Euros à l’ordre de l’ACRV.
Afin de pouvoir emmener l’ensemble des inscriptions en même temps à l’UFOLEP, le délai de remise de ces 3 pièces est fixé au 11 Octobre 2009. Merci de respecter ce délai (évitera les allers-retour à l’UFOLEP de Corbeil… !).
