Assemblée générale du 19 Juin 2010.
Participants : 18 personnes (+7 procurations) étaient présentes pour l’assemblée générale annuelle de notre association.
1 – Bilan Moral 2009-2010.
Au cours de cette saison, nous étions 57 adhérents (44 en 2009) dont 17 jeunes de -18ans & 5 femmes.
Voici les réalisations de 2009-2010 :
q 5 & 12 Septembre 2009 : participation aux forums des associations de La Ferté Alais & Cerny
q 5/6 Septembre 2009 : participation aux 8h de Verdigny (28 participants, 4 équipes dont 1 tandem & 1 équipes 100% filles !)
q 40 ans de l\\\'UFOLEP (3/10/2009)
q 11 Avril 2010 : organisation du Cerny Kids Trophy (32 participants) dont 4 de l’ACRV
q 7 Mars 2010 : organisation de la Rando Val Essonne (381 participants, 48 encadrants)
q Participation financière :
o Au challenge jeunes UFOLEP 91 (Boutigny, Cerny & Orsay)
o Aux randos Verdigny, Itteville, D’huisson Longueville & la Forestière le 27/09/09 (12p prévues).
q Week-end extérieur en Correze
o Neuvic du 13 au 16 mai 2010
